I love the local church and for over 20 years I have served on the executive teams of some of the fastest growing, innovative, and stylistically diverse churches in the country.

I’ve learned that growing a ministry takes much more than a big vision, it takes work. And communicating this vision clearly is essential. This is why I’m passionate about walking alongside church leaders to help them assess, coach, and lead teams to communicate their vision and message with greater clarity and impact.
